Join us to take the first steps on the Taoist Tai Chi® pathway to Strength, Flexibility and Stillness. You will be instructed in the first few moves of the Taoist Tai Chi ®108 move set, a moving meditation that reduces stress and helps you find joy. Physically it will make you energetic, balanced, strong and supple. Practitioners develop a mind that is dynamic yet clear and calm and a spirit that is resilient yet light and peaceful.
