Mizuba Tea Co. has partnered with small, family-run tea farms in Uji, Japan for over a decade. Together, Mizuba and the farms showcase heritage Japanese teas of integrity and specialize in exquisite matcha, single-cultivar teas, and unique processing styles.
Mizuba Tea is locally based, woman-owned, family-run, and happens to be a recognized “Official Uji Cha Tea Dealer,” designated by the farms via the Kyoto Chamber of Commerce. The NW Wu-Wo Tea Association is based in Portland, Oregon. The group has been active since 2007. We gather on the second Sunday of each month to celebrate tea in community. The Wu-Wo tea ceremony is done outdoors, where participants can be with nature, tea, and community. When the weather does not permit outdoor Wu-Wo, members gather to discuss and explore Chinese tea culture and practice different ways of brewing and tasting tea. The association frequently presents Wu-Wo tea ceremony to the public throughout the year. Our goal is to encourage the flowering of tea culture in the Pacific Northwest through appreciation of a gracious tea ceremony while enjoying a heartwarming cup of tea
Anna Ye Tea is a specialty Vietnamese tea company based in Queens, New York– proudly devoted to sourcing and importing premium loose leaf teas from Việt Nam, many of which rarely make it to the global market. We source small batch teas made by producers from different ethnic groups, each reflecting the country's terroir and local making techniques. Our work centers around illuminating the country's teas and vibrant tea heritage, and uplift the overall profile of Vietnamese tea in the U.S. and beyond.
