How do I become a vendor at TeaFestPDX?
Vendor applications for the 2027 festival will open around January 31, 2027. Please keep an eye on social media and our mailing list. Vendors who have been with us for previous years receive first priority, but we also reserve a few booths for new tea businesses. New applicants are requested to include a description, samples, photos and/or literature about the products or services to be exhibited and an educational component to their sales efforts.
Can I bring my dog?
While we love dogs, pets are not permitted at the festival. Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are always welcome. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals and are unfortunately not permitted.
How do I get to the World Forestry Center?
We highly recommend taking alternative forms of transportation to TeaFestPDX as there is limited parking.
-
TRIMET: Take the Red or Blue Max lines and get off at Washington Park. Multiple bus lines also come near, visit the Trimet Trip Planner website for specific bus lines.
NEW Express Shuttle service! (see graphic)
RIDESHARE: Make it easy on yourself, take a Lyft or Uber to and from the event. Have them drop you off at the World Forestry Center and head to Admissions.
Drive: The Oregon Zoo parking lots will be very busy and full on a Saturday, but there are also overfill lots with shuttles.
When will tickets for 2027 go on sale?
Typically you can expect tickets to go on sale around a month prior to the festival date. So expect sometime in May 2027. Keep an eye on our social media accounts as all updates and announcements are posted there.
Can I get a refund on my ticket purchase?
Please note that all ticket purchases (festival and classes) are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another individual.
