If your work celebrates tea, whether through beautifully crafted products, thoughtful education, or meaningful cultural traditions, we invite you to apply.
TeaFestPDX is proud to be one of just a handful of festivals in the Northwest dedicated to tea education and enjoyment. We go to great lengths to create an experience that’s not only fun and welcoming, but deeply informative, inviting attendees to explore tea’s origins, history, preparation, and cultural traditions from around the world. Our guests are curious, engaged, and eager to learn, and they value high-quality offerings that tell a story.
We’re looking for vendors whose exhibits are clearly related to tea and tea education, and whose products or services reflect care, craftsmanship, and intention. As part of the application, you’ll be asked to share a description of what you plan to exhibit, along with samples, photos, and/or supporting literature, and to explain how you’ll incorporate an educational component into your sales efforts. (Teaching and sharing knowledge is at the heart of TeaFestPDX!)
Please note that show management reserves the right to accept or reject applications based
on appropriateness to the festival.

Education is an important part of TeaFestPDX, and we love highlighting the knowledge within our community. If you’re interested in teaching a class, you can learn more here. Please note that acceptance as a vendor does not automatically include acceptance to teach. As a thank you, each educator accepted to teach a class will receive a $50 payment within 7 days following the festival. Please note that there are no booth discounts associated with teaching a class this year. We appreciate your understanding.
