Slow down and experience tea as a full-bodied meditation. In this guided session, we’ll engage all of our senses — sight, sound, touch, scent, and taste — to connect deeply with each stage of tea preparation and drinking. Through mindful observation and reflection, we'll quiet the mind, awaken sensory awareness, and find presence in a simple cup of tea.

Bring a journal and pen to capture your impressions, sensations, and any insights that arise during the practice. No prior meditation or tea experience is needed — just curiosity and an open heart.

The class will be held at Greenhouse Gatherings in SE Mt. Tabor — an idyllic little greenhouse that hosts intimate, heart-warming events. The space will be heated, but you’re always welcome to bring a blanket if you’d like to feel extra cozy!

For this event, we'll have two seatings, this ticket is for our late morning seating.

Date: Sunday, December 14th

Time: 11:00am - 12:30pm

Location: Greenhouse Gatherings, SE Mt. Tabor* (exact address will be sent at least 24 hrs prior to class)

We want to make sure that everyone who wants to attend this class is able to. Please consider "paying it forward" by purchasing an additional ticket if you feel called to and are able. • Andrea Thompson has worked with The Jasmine Pearl Tea Co. for over a decade, though her love of tea began much earlier—rooted in the simple comfort of a warm cup in her hands. She holds a Tea Educator Certification through Being Tea and has led countless tea experiences over the years, from educational sessions in the teashop to immersive tasting events and her whimsical appearances as the “Tea Goddess” at private gatherings.

When she’s not sharing her passion for tea, Andrea enjoys traveling with her partner and friends, singing in choir, and exploring the hidden corners of her city.
