Early Release Class: In celebration of the 10th anniversary of TeaFestPDX, as well as Being Tea's 10th Anniversary, we are excited to bring this very special cupping class to the festival!

Did you know that black tea has become regularly consumed in China only quite recently? In just the last few years, black tea has become one of the most popular and fastest growing categories of tea… in its original homeland. And who is the largest customer of black tea from India? Asia! Surprised?

In this workshop, we’ll explore the special depth of the black tea category, through professional cupping – how the pros taste tea. If your own experience of black tea has been limited to breakfast teas in bags, you’re in for a beautifully surprising taste experience! Our workshop ticket includes a 3-piece cupping set for you to take home, plus bonus samples.
