The Taoist Tai Chi Society was founded in 1970 in Toronto, Canada, by Moy Lin Shin, Taoist monk, who had emigrated to Canada. Mr. Moy dedicated his life to helping others and alleviating suffering. The Taoist Tai Chi (R) form that he passed down to us is specifically focused on the health and well-being of body, mind and spirit. Mr. Moy chose pu'erh tea to be served at our sessions and cultural celebrations because of its many health enhancing properties.
