Jonathan Steele has been making pottery since 2009, firing wood kilns since 2012 and has been honing the nuances of crafting teaware since 2016. Jonathan holds an MFA from Oregon College or Art and Craft and has completed residencies at Pleasant Hill Pottery in Oregon and Shigaraki Ceramic Cultural Park in Shigaraki, Japan. He has found the outlet for his work to be primarily in the tea community, regional tea festivals in the Northwest, and shops and galleries more broadly. His personal studio is in Redmond, WA
