3:30 - 4:15 pm - Cha Dao: Daoist Gongfu Tea Ceremony (Solala Towler)
In Daoist practice, Tea Ceremony or Cha Dao, is seen as a type of meditation and energy work..I will be offering a simple version of this ceremony and will be giving some background on Daoism and how it applies to Tea...I will also be offering some information about the different types of puerh tea...I will, of course, be brewing some very high quality puerh tea!

I have been studying the Daoist Arts, including Tea Ceremony, Qigong, Taiji, Daoist Eenergy Meditation for more than 35 years and have had 12 books published on those practices. This will be my third or fourth offering at the Portland Tea Festival!
