Back by popular demand, and taught by Liyuan Peng, this session offers a deeper dive into the world of raw Pu-er tea than what can be covered during the festival’s 45-minute time constraint. We’ll explore two major raw Pu-er tea-growing regions in Yunnan: Lincang City and Xishuangbanna Prefecture.

Together, we’ll explore the culture and traditions of local tea planters, learn about the Blang, Wa, Lahu, and Hani minority groups, and discover what makes the teas from these regions so unique. And, of course, we’ll taste and enjoy a selection of teas from both regions along the way!
